Upon Your Arrival

Packages will be available for pickup at the Concierge Desk; a handling fee will apply. In order to maintain the proper chain of custody, Concierge requires the package recipient’s signature before a package can be released from Concierge Office. Release signatures are captured at the time of package pickup or package delivery to the recipient.

Weekend Packages

Packages delivered on Saturday or Sunday will be available for pick up on Monday.
